What types of manuscript can I submit?
You may submit either a full paper or an abstract.
Can I submit the full paper after the conference?
Yes. If your full paper is not ready, you can participate with an abstract and submit the full paper later by the specified deadline. These full papers will be published in the conference full text proceedings and will be selected for submission to the journals.
What will be included in the conference proceedings?
All submitted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings.
Which papers are considered for the Springer CCIS Book Series?
Full papers submitted by the specified deadline will undergo review, and selected papers will be published in the Springer CCIS Book Series based on their quality and relevance.
What happens if my paper is not selected for Springer CCIS?
Full papers not selected for Springer CCIS may be reviewed for publication in one of the journals listed on the conference website: https://distm2026.refconf.com/journsls/
How can I present my paper?
Each paper is typically presented in 15 minutes, followed by a Q&A session with the audience.
How long does paper review take?
Conference presentation review: up to 2 weeks after submission.
Review for Springer and journals: approximately 4 weeks.
What presentation formats are available?
There is not any required format and the presentations can be on your favorite format.
Can papers be submitted in languages other than English?
All submitted papers must be written in English.
Exceptions may be made for special symposia that accept other languages.

What does the registration fee cover?
The registration fee includes conference participation, e-certificate, e-package, access to all technical panels, workshops, and programs, and publication in the conference proceedings.

How can I pay the registration fee?
After your paper is accepted, you will receive an invoice via email with payment details.
Are there extra charges for publication in Springer or journals?
No. There are no additional fees for publishing in Springer or the associated journals.
Do I need to pay before registering on the website?
No. Registration is free to create your account and submit your paper/abstract. Payment is required only after your submission is accepted.

Is there a limit on the number of co-authors?
There are no restrictions on the number of co-authors.
How can I obtain a copy of the conference proceedings?
The electronic version will be sent to all authors and available on the conference website.
How can I access the Springer proceedings?
The Springer proceedings will be available for authors whose papers are accepted for publication.

What is the “Home Page” in the registration section?
This is optional. You can provide your personal webpage, or leave it blank if unavailable.
What if the system does not accept the security code during registration?
No template is required initially. Once your paper is selected for Springer or a journal, you will need to revise it according to the publisher’s template.
How long does it take to receive acceptance?
Acceptance timing depends on submission date, but the conference team strives to provide responses as quickly as possible.
