Symposium Proposal

Organize Your Mini-Conference (Symposium)

We warmly invite you to host and coordinate a mini-conference in the form of a symposium at the DISTM 2026 International Conference.

This symposium can be organized in partnership with your university or institute to strengthen collaboration and create valuable opportunities for academic engagement.

Symposium Structure:

  1. A focused mini-conference on a topic of your choosing that aligns with the main conference themes.
  2. Two to four expert-led panels.
  3. Presentations sessions featuring between 10 to 24 research papers.

Benefits of hosting a Symposium:

  1. The symposium organizer will receive an official certificate acknowledging their role and contribution.
  2. The organizer’s university or institute can be listed as a co-organizer. This recognition will appear in the conference proceedings, the Springer CCIS Book Series (Scopus-indexed), the conference website, and announcements shared with international associations.
  3. The organizer will be eligible for financial support from the conference. For more information, please contact us.
